RoofingLeadPro Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: September 4, 2026
This document is a professional starting template for RoofingLeadPro, a Future Solutions service, and should be reviewed and customized with qualified legal counsel before publication.
1. Month-to-Month Cancellation
Customers on the $399/month plan may cancel future service. Cancellation should be requested before the next billing date to avoid the next recurring charge. Unless otherwise required by law, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.
Example: if a customer is billed on September 10 and cancels on September 20, the customer generally retains service through the end of that paid billing period and will not be charged for the next billing period.
2. Six-Month Plan
The $2,094 6-month plan is a fixed-term prepaid commitment with a six-month commitment period. Customer may request cancellation, but cancellation does not automatically create a right to a refund of unused prepaid amounts. Where permitted by law, early termination of a fixed-term agreement may be subject to the terms of the Customer Agreement.
3. Twelve-Month Plan
The $3,588 12-month plan is a fixed-term prepaid commitment with a twelve-month commitment period. Customer may request cancellation, but cancellation does not automatically create a right to a refund of unused prepaid amounts. Where permitted by law, early termination of a fixed-term agreement may be subject to the terms of the Customer Agreement.
4. Cancellation Request
Cancellation requests should be sent to chris@futuresolutions.company and include:
- Name
- Roofing company
- Account email
- Phone number
- Plan
- Requested cancellation date
RoofingLeadPro may require reasonable verification that the cancellation request is being made by an authorized account representative.
5. Cancellation Confirmation
RoofingLeadPro will provide written confirmation when a cancellation request has been processed. A cancellation is not complete until it has actually been recorded.
6. Effect of Cancellation
- Future recurring charges will stop
- Hosting/service access will continue only through the applicable paid period or termination date
- Website services may be suspended or removed after the applicable service period
- Website migration or transfer may be available subject to the Website & Hosting Terms
- Outstanding amounts may remain due where permitted under the Customer Agreement
