RoofingLeadPro Customer Agreement

Effective Date: September 4, 2026

This document is a professional starting template for RoofingLeadPro, a Future Solutions service, and should be reviewed and customized with qualified legal counsel before publication.

1. Parties

This Customer Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Future Solutions, doing business as RoofingLeadPro (“RoofingLeadPro,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the individual or business purchasing RoofingLeadPro services (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”).

RoofingLeadPro provides digital website, landing page, hosting, maintenance, optimization, and related services specifically for roofing contractors. By purchasing a plan, submitting an order, clicking an acceptance checkbox, or otherwise accepting these terms, Customer agrees to this Agreement.

2. Services

Depending on the plan selected, RoofingLeadPro may provide some or all of:

  • Roofing landing page design
  • Mobile-responsive website development
  • Website hosting
  • SSL/security configuration

  • Basic SEO implementation and local SEO foundations
  • Conversion and landing page optimization
  • Website performance improvements
  • Analytics implementation
  • Digital strategy
  • AI and automation consultation
  • Technical support

The exact services included are determined by the plan purchased and any written custom agreement. RoofingLeadPro may update or improve its offerings, provided that material changes to a customer’s contracted services are handled in accordance with this Agreement and applicable law.

3. RoofingLeadPro Pricing Plans

12-Month Plan — $299/month equivalent, $3,588 paid upfront. Minimum commitment: 12 months. The customer pays the full 12-month service commitment at the beginning of the term. The $299 figure is the monthly equivalent for comparing plans; this is a 12-month service commitment, not a month-to-month subscription.

6-Month Plan — $349/month equivalent, $2,094 paid upfront. Minimum commitment: 6 months. The customer pays the full 6-month service commitment at the beginning of the term. The $349 figure is the monthly equivalent for comparing plans; this is a 6-month service commitment, not a month-to-month subscription.

Month-to-Month Plan — $399/month. Billed monthly on a recurring basis. There is no minimum 6-month or 12-month commitment. Cancellation is subject to the Cancellation Policy.

4. Plan Selection

Customer is responsible for selecting the plan that best fits its needs.

Before payment, RoofingLeadPro clearly displays:

  • Plan price
  • Billing method
  • Commitment length
  • Whether payment is recurring or prepaid
  • Cancellation requirements
  • Refund limitations

5. Payment

Payments may be processed through Stripe or another payment processor designated by RoofingLeadPro. By providing payment information, Customer authorizes the applicable payment processor to charge the payment method according to the selected plan.

For the 6-month and 12-month plans, the applicable commitment amount is charged upfront. For the month-to-month plan, the $399 monthly fee is automatically charged on a recurring basis until properly canceled. Customer is responsible for maintaining a valid payment method.

6. Taxes

Customer is responsible for applicable sales taxes, transaction taxes, or other governmental charges that may apply to the services, unless otherwise required by law or expressly included in the listed price.

7. Website Development Process

After purchase, RoofingLeadPro may request information needed to create or configure the Customer’s website, including company name, business information, service areas, roofing services, logo, photos, contact information, business description, existing website and domain information, social media information, and other materials reasonably necessary to perform the services.

RoofingLeadPro is not responsible for delays caused by Customer’s failure to provide required information, approvals, access credentials, materials, or feedback.

8. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate business information
  • Provide materials Customer has the right to use
  • Respond reasonably promptly to requests for information or approval
  • Review website content for accuracy
  • Notify RoofingLeadPro of errors or requested corrections
  • Maintain accurate business contact information
  • Maintain any third-party accounts that Customer is responsible for

Customer is responsible for ensuring that information provided to RoofingLeadPro is accurate and lawful.

9. Website Content

Customer is responsible for the accuracy and legality of business-specific claims, pricing, guarantees, certifications, licenses, testimonials, photographs, and other information supplied by Customer.

RoofingLeadPro may refuse to publish content that it reasonably believes is unlawful, misleading, infringing, fraudulent, or otherwise inappropriate. RoofingLeadPro does not guarantee that Customer’s website will comply with every industry-specific law, advertising rule, licensing requirement, or regulation unless such compliance is expressly included as a contracted service. Customer remains responsible for reviewing and approving the final website.

10. Lead Generation

RoofingLeadPro provides websites and digital systems designed to help roofing companies improve their ability to attract and capture potential customers. RoofingLeadPro does NOT guarantee:

  • A specific number of leads
  • A specific number of customers
  • A specific conversion rate
  • A specific amount of revenue
  • Google rankings or search engine placement
  • Advertising performance
  • Sales results

Results vary depending on market, competition, pricing, reputation, service quality, location, advertising, traffic, seasonality, and Customer follow-up.

11. SEO

RoofingLeadPro may provide SEO foundations and optimization depending on the plan purchased. SEO services do not guarantee first-page rankings, #1 rankings, Google Business Profile rankings, a specific amount of organic traffic, or a specific number of leads. Search engines control their own ranking systems and algorithms.

12. Third-Party Services

RoofingLeadPro may use third-party services such as Stripe, hosting providers, domain registrars, analytics platforms, email providers, AI services, software integrations, communication platforms, and other technology providers.

Third-party services may have their own terms, pricing, privacy policies, and limitations. Customer agrees to comply with applicable third-party terms. Third-party fees not expressly included in Customer’s plan may be Customer’s responsibility.

13. Domain Names

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Customer should maintain ownership and control of its business domain name. RoofingLeadPro may assist with domain configuration, DNS settings, or domain connections. Domain registration fees may be separate from RoofingLeadPro’s service fees unless specifically stated otherwise. RoofingLeadPro does not guarantee availability of any particular domain name.

14. Intellectual Property

Customer retains ownership of Customer-provided materials, including its business name, logo, original photographs, business trademarks, and Customer-provided written content.

RoofingLeadPro retains ownership of its proprietary templates, frameworks, systems, processes, code libraries, design systems, internal tools, software, and general methodologies.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Customer receives a license to use the completed website and deliverables for its roofing business during the period in which the applicable RoofingLeadPro services remain active and paid.

15. Website Ownership After Cancellation

Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, the website remains hosted and managed within RoofingLeadPro’s website environment during the active service period. Upon cancellation or termination, Customer may request information regarding available website migration or transfer options. Any migration, export, transfer, redesign, or third-party hosting work may be subject to additional fees. Third-party software, licensed assets, proprietary templates, or technology that RoofingLeadPro does not own may not be transferable.

16. Website Backups

RoofingLeadPro may maintain website backups as part of its normal hosting and maintenance procedures. Backups are intended as a reasonable recovery mechanism and are not a guarantee that every version of every website element can always be restored. Customer should maintain copies of important business information and original materials.

17. Website Downtime

RoofingLeadPro will make reasonable efforts to maintain website availability. However, uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed. Downtime may result from hosting providers, domain issues, DNS problems, internet outages, cybersecurity incidents, software failures, third-party services, maintenance, or force majeure events.

RoofingLeadPro will make reasonable efforts to resolve service interruptions within its control.

18. Acceptable Use

Customer may not use RoofingLeadPro services to create or operate websites involving illegal activities, fraud, malware, phishing, intellectual-property infringement, false or deceptive representations, unlawful harassment, spam, or other unlawful activities.

RoofingLeadPro may suspend services when reasonably necessary to protect its systems, customers, third-party providers, or comply with applicable law.

19. Cancellation of Month-to-Month Services

The month-to-month plan may be canceled according to the Cancellation Policy. Cancellation generally stops future recurring billing. Unless otherwise required by law or expressly agreed by RoofingLeadPro, cancellation does not automatically result in a refund of the current billing period.

20. Fixed-Term Cancellation

The 6-month and 12-month plans are fixed-term commitments. Because these plans are prepaid commitments offered at a lower monthly equivalent rate, Customer generally may not cancel the commitment and receive a refund of unused time merely because Customer changes its mind, stops using the website, or no longer wants the service. Exceptions may apply where required by law or where RoofingLeadPro materially breaches this Agreement and fails to cure the breach within a reasonable period after receiving written notice.

21. Refunds

Refunds are governed by the RoofingLeadPro Refund Policy. Customer acknowledges that website design, development, configuration, hosting setup, and other digital services may involve work performed specifically for Customer. Accordingly, payments for services already performed are generally non-refundable except where expressly stated in the Refund Policy or required by applicable law.

22. Suspension for Nonpayment

For recurring services, RoofingLeadPro may suspend website services when an account becomes materially past due, subject to applicable law and any required notice. Before suspension, RoofingLeadPro may provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the payment issue. Customer remains responsible for valid amounts owed under the Agreement.

23. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customer agrees to contact RoofingLeadPro before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback when reasonably possible. A payment dispute does not automatically cancel a valid service commitment.

RoofingLeadPro may provide relevant records to a payment processor in response to a disputed transaction, including the customer agreement, checkout records, acceptance records, payment records, service records, emails, website delivery records, cancellation records, and other relevant documentation. Nothing in this section limits Customer’s rights under applicable law.

24. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RoofingLeadPro will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from the use of the services.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RoofingLeadPro’s aggregate liability relating to the services will not exceed the amount actually paid by Customer to RoofingLeadPro for the services giving rise to the claim during the applicable period. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

25. Disclaimer of Business Results

RoofingLeadPro provides digital services and technology. It does not guarantee that Customer will:

  • Obtain customers
  • Increase revenue or profits
  • Generate a specific number of leads
  • Increase website traffic
  • Achieve a particular search ranking
  • Recover the cost of the service

Customer’s business results depend on numerous factors outside RoofingLeadPro’s control.

26. Force Majeure

RoofingLeadPro will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, hosting failures, government actions, cyberattacks, labor disruptions, utility failures, third-party service failures, acts of war, or other extraordinary events.

27. Changes to Services

RoofingLeadPro may make reasonable improvements or modifications to its services. Material changes affecting an existing fixed-term customer’s contracted services will be handled in accordance with this Agreement and applicable law.

28. Governing Law

This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Any venue or dispute-resolution provision should be reviewed by Illinois counsel before publication.

29. Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with the applicable plan description, Refund Policy, Cancellation Policy, Website & Hosting Terms, and any written custom agreement, constitutes the agreement between RoofingLeadPro and Customer concerning the services.

30. Electronic Acceptance

Customer agrees that electronic acceptance, including clicking an agreement checkbox during checkout, constitutes Customer’s electronic signature and agreement to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
