Website / Hosting Terms

Active plans include managed hosting and SSL for the roofing website built by RoofingLeadPro. Hosting is provided for the duration of the active subscription.

Technical maintenance, security updates, performance improvements, and content updates are included at the level defined by your plan. Larger scope changes may be quoted separately.

We work to keep your roofing website available at all times, but availability may be affected by third-party infrastructure, planned maintenance, or events outside our control. No specific uptime percentage is guaranteed unless stated in a written agreement.

Reasonable backup practices are maintained for hosted roofing websites. Clients are encouraged to retain their own copies of critical content and imagery.

Domain registration may be handled by the roofing contractor or arranged through RoofingLeadPro. Domain ownership remains with the roofing company.

Clients are responsible for the accuracy of business information and for holding rights to any logos, photos of completed roofing work, or other content they provide.

If a subscription ends, hosting, maintenance, and support are discontinued and the website will no longer be served. Content supplied by the client can be provided back on request.

Hosted roofing websites may not be used for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive activity. We may suspend service for violations.
